Tranquil haven away from the city. We stayed at Sandile's Rest in Log Cabin 4 over the weekend. What a spacious, clean and well appointed unit stocked with everything one might need for a self-catering stay. My partner was thrilled to be able to watch rugby on DSTV as well. Can't say enough about the warm welcome we got from our hosts, Andre and Maggie. The minor issue we had with the hot water was very quickly and inventively sorted out, which says a lot about the smooth running of the establishment.
Although we didn't do any fishing, we walked around the property on our first day and did a longer, more challenging hike in the pine forest on the second.
