The rooms were well furnished and clean, the staff were friendly and efficient.
Although the restaurant has a huge a la carte menu on the wall at the entrance you cannot order from it and have to take the buffet. The variety of meats were lacking and poor quality meat were used in the dishes. The chicken was was raw and the 5mm thick chuck was burned to a carcinogenic crisp. The beef cubes in the casserole was tough and chewy. The casino smoking section with tables never opened and the non smoking table area only had one blackjack and a few roulette tables. While in the casino announcements were made about somebody's car radio being stolen and to watch out for pick pockets inside the casino area.
I personally won't go back there again and advise other travellers to avoid it at all cost. Date of stay: May Trip type: Travelled with friends.

First impression from driving into the gate look promisising with manicured gardens and pleasant surounds. A friendly porter was on hand to assist me with my luggage and took care in doing so.

The receptionist at the hotel was pleasant and check in was efficient. The lobby looked decent enough and was well furnished. Thats where the facade ended though, the carpets leading to the rooms like they need upgrading or so I thought until I entered my room. Carpets circa with with worn out and faded print greeted us.

The room was apparently ready but had no towels or even pillow cases on the bed. I called the housekeeping lady who looked really disinterested and provided us with pillow cases and only two towels this despite there being 4 of us. She said she had ran out and would bring them later The bathroom was not clean with the toilet in particular emiiting a bad oudor. The furninshings, also circa were faded and grubby, especially the sleeper couch which was boken and could not be opened properly. Breakfast the next morning was another surprise, we sat down to dirty cutlery and stickly placemats, I called the waitress over to remove them and watched as she merely replaced them with cutlery from an adjacent table!!!!
